Sr. Sales Operations Specialist
Contract – Remote (Latin America, full overlap with U.S. time zones)
About the opportunity
Our client, a global research and advisory firm is undergoing a fast‑moving, commercial transformation. Reporting to the Head of GTM Strategy, you will be the hands‑on SalesOps expert who turns messy data into actionable insights and equips our global sales team for scalable growth. This is a full‑time contract (40 hrs/week) for an initial three‑month term with strong extension potential as the program matures. Candidates must be based in Latin America and be available during Pacific business hours.
What you’ll do
* Define & operationalize sales KPIs: turn an existing “wish list” of ~20 metrics into clearly defined formulas, owners, and cadences; build dashboards leaders trust.
* Reporting & analytics build‑out: use Salesforce & Power BI to surface clean, decision‑ready data; partner with IT on any integration or data‑cleanup work.
* Sales‑process & pipeline design: map the end‑to‑end sales process, recommend improvements, and own pipeline forecasting/management rituals; you’ll coach sales leaders on using the new reports.
* Change‑management partner: serve as the driver of adoption: facilitate workshops, train users, and socialize wins across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and the exec team.
What sets you up for success
* 5+ years in Sales Operations for B2B SaaS, research, or information‑services companies.
* Fluency with Salesforce CRM and Power BI dashboards; SQL or Python a plus.
* Demonstrated track record taking reporting from 0→1.
* Experience shaping sales processes and owning pipeline health; comfortable forecasting and influencing compensation‑plan design.
* Strong communicator who can operate autonomously, influence senior leaders, and thrive in an early‑stage transformation environment moving very quickly.
* C1 level English; able to work U.S. hours from any LATAM location with reliable connectivity.
