Program Manager

Job Description

Program Manager Location: Remote Type: Contract About the Role We’re seeking a motivated, hands-on Program Manager to help drive and coordinate high-impact strategic initiatives across our organization. This role goes beyond traditional PM work—it's for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is energized by execution, and enjoys diving into the details of sales transformation. You'll partner cross-functionally to manage workstreams, improve sales metrics, and support transformational programs that directly influence growth and customer success. This is not a team management role, nor will you handle budgeting or forecasting, but you will be instrumental in coordinating across functions and supporting sales operations workstreams with real business outcomes. What You’ll Do: Program & Workstream Coordination -Lead multiple concurrent strategic initiatives using Monday.com for planning, tracking, and reporting. -Establish lightweight governance, track milestones, dependencies, and escalate risks when necessary. -Create and maintain roadmaps, dashboards, and executive updates. -Ensure alignment between stakeholders in sales, marketing, product, operations, and revenue enablement. Sales Transformation & Sales Ops Support -Support ongoing sales transformation efforts: sales process improvements, metric tracking, and tool adoption. -Engage in initiatives such as sales KPI definition, tracking improvements, and reporting accuracy. -Help interview team members and gather process insights (e.g., for tools like SugarWork). -Identify and support fixes for gaps in data quality and metric reliability. Stakeholder Engagement -Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to move initiatives forward. -Facilitate working sessions, interviews, and feedback loops. -Communicate across technical and executive audiences with clarity and confidence. Change & Process Improvement -Support change management initiatives tied to transformation efforts. -Contribute to the creation and adoption of improved processes and systems, though not owning implementation. Who You Are -5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within commercial, sales, or transformation environments. -A true self-starter with a “get things done” mindset—comfortable both coordinating and jumping in to support execution. -Experienced in driving cross-functional work with no direct authority, but clear influence. -Comfortable dealing with evolving systems and “messy” data. -Able to translate high-level goals into tactical plans and meaningful progress. -Excellent communicator, both written and verbal. -Bonus: Familiarity with sales operations, CRM systems, and/or process documentation tools. Bonus Points -Experience in sales enablement or sales operations roles. -Certifications like PMP, Scrum, or Agile are a plus. -Experience using tools like Monday.com, Salesforce, or Confluence. -Exposure to tools like SugarWork or AI-driven process mapping is a plus.
